Empowering Arizona families with hands-on skills for a growth mindset, executive functioning, and emotional regulation.
Throughout the year, Healthy Endeavors hosts interactive workshops, free community presentations, and specialized day camps in the East Valley. Led by Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Rebecca Gassett and expert guest educators, our events are designed to be positive, hands-on, and neurodiversity-affirming.
Our Signature Programs Include:
The Growth Mindset & Executive Functioning Camp (Ages 8-12): A highly requested one-day workshop where kids learn how to bounce back from setbacks, organize their backpacks, and replace "I can't" with "I can learn this."
Parent Education Nights: Free presentations on topics like navigating ADHD, supporting an anxious teen, and stopping the homework battles.
Teen Resilience Workshops: Focused sessions on coping with academic pressure and social anxiety.
What parents are saying:
"She really enjoyed the blindfold puzzle activity where she got to help a partner complete a puzzle while wearing a blindfold. She found it challenging, interesting, and helpful for communication skills, as well as patience and compassion.
This is a great opportunity for children to gain skills that will help them academically, socially, and personally, to build greater confidence, compassion, and perseverance to overcome challenges." - TS
Upcoming Events Status: Our Spring 2026 sessions have concluded. We are currently designing our Fall schedule!
Because our workshops are kept small (limited to 25 students) to ensure high staff-to-student ratios, they sell out very quickly. Want to get early access to registration before we announce it to the public?
