We specialize in pediatric and young adult mental health, typically treating children, teens, and young adults ages 6 to 24. We also offer adult ADHD evaluations and treatment.
Do you only prescribe medication?

Absolutely not. In fact, we view medication as a last resort. While Rebecca Gassett is a fully licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who can safely manage medication when necessary, our primary focus is on Executive Functioning Coaching, behavioral strategies, and teaching coping skills.

We offer both! We have a physical office in Tempe, AZ for families who prefer in-person visits. However, we also offer secure Telehealth appointments for families anywhere in the state of Arizona. Telehealth is incredibly popular for teens who want to join a session right after school from their bedroom!

Unlike many clinics that have 6-month waitlists, we currently have availability for new patient intakes within 1 to 2 weeks.

We accept most major insurance plans and also offer cash-pay ADHD evaluations. Before your first appointment, our staff will verify your coverage and explain costs.

At this time, we are not able to accept AHCCCS (Medicaid) or Medicare.
We understand this may be disappointing. Unfortunately, reimbursement structures make it difficult for small, independent practices like ours to sustainably participate in these programs.

For patients who choose to self-pay, our current rates are:
Initial psychiatric evaluation: $220
ADHD evaluation: $600 (includes the first 3 visits). See details
Follow-up appointments: $85
We are happy to discuss whether insurance or self-pay makes the most sense for your situation.
Are there fees for late cancellations or missed appointments?
Are there fees for late cancellations or missed appointments?
Yes. We kindly ask for at least 48 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellation or no-show fees are:
$99 for new patient appointments
$75 for follow-up appointments
These fees are not covered by insurance.
To help reduce missed appointments, we offer convenient telehealth visits, allowing you to attend appointments from home, school, or work when appropriate.

Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file and will be charged after your visit, including any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
