• 45-minute intake with licensed provider

• A 30-minute follow-up session will be scheduled after all evaluation forms are completed.

• Diagnosis (if criteria met)

• Personalized treatment plan

• Optional follow-up to discuss therapy, ADHD skills (executive functioning) training, medication, and/or academic accommodations

Flat fee: $600 (payable via credit card, HSA, FSA)
